For any change or cancellation of day spa or night spa or treatments, please inform spa reception at least 24 hours in advance.
Failing this, or in the case of a no show, you will be billed for the full amount of the day spa or night spa or treatment, or the validity of the package will expire. Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be cancelled.
