How do I book a room?

I have a gift box, how can I make a reservation?

Or by e-mail, stating :

  • Arrival date
  • The reference number on your gift box
  • The day you wish to use the Yonaguni spa (from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
  • Your telephone number

    Gift boxes valid except on exceptional dates:

  • Bank holiday eves, public holidays and long weekends
  • Christmas market Fridays
  • All dates identified as a minimum 2-night stay
Can I cancel a reservation?

Subject to the following conditions:

  • Non-cancellable booking: 100% of the service will be charged
  • Cancellable booking: free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival
Can I stay with 3 people in one room?

We have rooms for 2 adults and up to 2 children (max 12 years).
We do not have rooms for 3 adults.

Do you accept ANCV vacation vouchers?

YES with reservations. ANCV vacation vouchers are accepted at the hotel and restaurants. They are not accepted for the purchase of gift boxes or to pay for Yonaguni Spa services.

Are pets allowed?

YES A supplement of €25 per day will be charged. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, spas or pools.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

What surprise for a birthday?

We prepare a sweet treat with a candle, served at the end of your meal (don’t forget to specify the occasion when booking) subject to restaurant reservation.

We also offer, at an additional cost, in-room hospitality when you book online. A selection of surprises can be left in your room before your arrival (request by e-mail: info@yonahotel.com).

How do I make a Day Spa reservation?

How do I book a Day Spa with gift box?

Reservations can be made via our website www.yonaguni.fr. You can select day spa access, then add day spa access with gift voucher to your order.

Can I cancel a reservation?

YES Day spa and treatment bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellation requests must be made by e-mail only in order to be registered.

Why does the schedule show availability and I can't make a reservation?

This indicates that there is no availability for all the people selected.

Can I book for a group?

We do not accept reservations for groups of more than 6 people.

Do you accept vacation vouchers?
