Please respect the punctuality of appointments and arrive at the spa reception desk 10 minutes in advance. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
The times indicated include cabin set-up. Facial treatments include a skin diagnosis.
All our body treatments & rituals can be performed as a duo.
If you wish to change or cancel your treatment, day spa or night spa appointment, please inform spa reception at least 24 hours in advance.
Failing this, or in the case of a no-show, you will be billed for the full amount of the treatments or day spa, or the validity of the package will expire. Reservations made within 24 hours are non-cancellable.
