How do I book a room?
Directly on our online booking engine accessible from our website.

I have a gift box, how can I make a reservation?
By mail, by communicating :
- Arrival date
- The reference number on your gift box
- The day on which you would like to enjoy access to the Yonaguni spa (from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
- Your telephone number
Can I stay with 3 people in one room?
We have Deluxe rooms and Junior Suites that can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children (max 12 years). We do not have rooms for 3 adults.

Can I cancel a reservation?
Subject to the following conditions:
- Non-cancellable booking: 100% of the service will be charged
- Cancellable booking: free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival
Can I book for a group?

Are pets allowed?
YES A supplement of €25 per day will be charged. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, spas or pools.
